Scheduled to open early  2022, our new luxury 74-bed Residential and Dementia  care home Angmering Grange is on a 1.9-acre site located in picturesque Angmering on the southern edge of the South Down National Park in West Sussex. The new development will be Hallmarks 22nd care home.

The care home is perfectly positioned in a village location and will impress with its spacious environment. This home will feature all of the state-of-the-art facilities that are typical of a Hallmark care home, such as a cinema, cafe, hair salon, and therapy room. The home will also specialise in dementia care, designed to accommodate the most modern approaches to supporting dementia

The role of General Manager

As Care Home General Manager of Angmering Grange Care Home, you will be responsible for the overall management of the home. You will ensure everyone in your team is motivated to deliver the quality care and support our residents deserve, all measured through key performance indicators such as sales leadership, financial management, customer and team engagement, recruitment and through regulatory CQC compliance.

About you:

Proven management experience at a similar level ideally in  a care home environment 
Established leadership skills to manage large teams
Effective multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
Strong commercial awareness with P+L accountability, care industry preferred 
Knowledge of CQC and local authority requirements

Proven experience as a Registered Manager.
